4.5 Purpose of Verification
Verification helps Kirgo confirm account ownership, protect player funds, prevent fraud and meet regulatory and AML requirements.
5. Player Responsibilities
5.1 Accurate Account Information
You are responsible for ensuring that the information connected to your Kirgo account remains accurate.
Incorrect or outdated details may lead to verification problems, delayed payments or account restrictions.
5.2 Ownership of Funds
By using Kirgo, you confirm that:
- the money or cryptocurrency deposited into your account belongs to you;
- deposits are not being made on behalf of another person;
- you understand that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the money you wager.
5.3 Fair Play
Kirgo does not allow activity intended to create an unfair advantage, manipulate games or interfere with the normal operation of the platform.
Prohibited activity includes:
- using bots, automated software or unauthorized tools;
- selling, sharing or transferring a Kirgo account;
- organized group play intended to exploit the platform;
- transferring funds directly between player accounts;
- fraud or collusion;
- unlawful activity;
- returning after a previous Kirgo account was closed for a serious breach of these Terms.
5.4 Taxes
You are responsible for determining whether taxes apply to your gambling winnings and for reporting or paying them according to the laws of your jurisdiction.
Kirgo does not provide tax advice.
5.5 Pending Withdrawals and Disputes
If you continue gambling with funds while a withdrawal request or account dispute is being processed, you remain responsible for any wagers placed and any resulting losses.
6. Closing Your Account
6.1 How to Close an Account
To close your Kirgo account, contact customer support.
You remain responsible for activity on the account until Kirgo confirms that the closure process has been completed.
6.2 Gambling-Related Account Closure
If you are closing your account because of gambling-related concerns, you can also use the responsible gambling tools available through Kirgo or contact customer support for assistance.
6.3 Processing Time
Account closure requests are normally processed within 24 hours, provided there are no unresolved disputes or security issues.
Any legitimate withdrawable balance remaining in the account will be returned subject to normal verification, security and withdrawal procedures.
6.4 New Accounts After Closure
Once your Kirgo account has been closed, you should not create another one.
A new registration may be treated as a duplicate account.
6.5 Account Reactivation
Reactivation requests are reviewed individually and may require new or updated verification documents.
Accounts closed because of self-exclusion, fraud or a serious violation of these Terms cannot be reactivated.
7. Deposits
7.1 Payment Method Ownership
You may only deposit using payment methods or cryptocurrency wallets that legally belong to you.
Deposits made using another person’s account, wallet or payment method are not permitted.
7.2 Cryptocurrency Wallets
Each supported cryptocurrency is held separately within your Kirgo account.
You may hold balances in multiple cryptocurrencies, but funds cannot be automatically mixed or converted between those balances inside Kirgo.
7.3 Like-for-Like Crypto System
Kirgo uses a like-for-like cryptocurrency payment system.
For example:
- a BTC deposit is credited to your Bitcoin balance and should be withdrawn as BTC;
- a SOL deposit is credited to your Solana balance and should be withdrawn as SOL.
7.4 Crypto Transaction Responsibility
Cryptocurrency transactions are generally irreversible.
Always check the:
- cryptocurrency;
- wallet address;
- blockchain network;
- amount;
before confirming a transfer.
You are responsible for providing correct transaction details.
7.5 Incorrect Crypto Transfers
In certain situations, Kirgo may be able to attempt recovery of cryptocurrency transferred incorrectly.
This will normally only be considered for significant amounts, typically above $1,000.
Recovery is not guaranteed.
7.6 Recovered Funds
If Kirgo successfully recovers the assets, the recovered amount will be credited to the appropriate Kirgo account.
7.7 Deposit Issues
Deposit-related problems are reviewed individually based on the transaction, blockchain records and available account information.
8. Withdrawals
8.1 Deposit Wagering Requirement
Before deposited funds can be withdrawn, the deposit must normally meet minimum wagering requirements required for AML purposes.
The standard requirements are:
- Slots: 1x the deposited amount;
- Table games and live casino: 3x the deposited amount;
- Sports and esports: 1x the deposited amount on bets with odds of at least 1.50 (-200).
Requests that do not meet these conditions may be reviewed individually.
8.2 Withdrawal Processing
Kirgo states that withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours.
Actual receipt time may also depend on blockchain confirmations, network congestion, security checks and verification status.
8.3 Pending Deposits
Funds cannot be withdrawn while the corresponding cryptocurrency deposit is still awaiting blockchain confirmation.
8.4 Withdrawal Details
You are responsible for entering the correct wallet address, network and other withdrawal information.
8.5 Security Reviews
Kirgo may delay, review or cancel a withdrawal if the transaction is flagged for fraud prevention, AML, account verification or another security reason.
8.6 Incorrectly Credited Funds
If money or cryptocurrency is credited to your Kirgo account by mistake, you must inform customer support.
Funds credited as a result of an error do not automatically become the property of the account holder.
8.7 Large Winnings
For winnings above $150,000, Kirgo may pay the balance in monthly installments of up to $150,000 until the full eligible amount has been paid.
8.8 Withdrawal Disputes
Players disputing a withdrawal may be asked to provide transaction records or other evidence supporting the claim.
Knowingly submitting fraudulent or falsified information may result in funds being forfeited and the account being closed.
9. Maximum Bet Limits
9.1 Game Limits
Every game available at Kirgo has a maximum permitted bet.
Limits vary between games and apply whether or not a bonus is active.
9.2 Kirgo Limits vs Provider Limits
The maximum bet allowed by Kirgo may be lower than the maximum displayed by the underlying game provider.
Where the limits differ, the limit enforced by Kirgo takes precedence.
9.3 Changes to Limits
Betting limits may vary by game and can be reviewed or changed as part of Kirgo’s risk-management procedures.
9.4 Bonus Bet Limits
Separate maximum bet rules may apply while you are playing with an active bonus.
These limits are explained in the Kirgo Bonus Terms and Conditions.
9.5 Checking Your Limit
Bet limits are checked when a wager is submitted.
If you are uncertain about the maximum stake available for a particular game or account, contact customer support before placing the bet.
9.6 Bets Above the Limit
A wager that exceeds the permitted maximum should be automatically declined.
A declined wager is not treated as an active bet and produces no gaming result.
9.7 Server Records
Kirgo’s server records determine the official betting limit applied to a wager.
If the amount displayed inside a game differs from the limit enforced by the Kirgo platform, the server-side limit is considered authoritative.
10. Bonus Terms and Conditions
Kirgo’s Bonus Terms and Conditions form part of these Terms of Use.
By accepting these Terms and using a Kirgo promotion, you also agree to follow the rules that apply to the relevant bonus.
Bonus conditions may include requirements relating to:
- minimum deposits;
- wagering;
- eligible games;
- maximum bets;
- bonus validity periods;
- promotional codes;
- withdrawal restrictions.
Players should check the applicable bonus rules before activating or using any promotion.
